I bought an item and was charged for it to be shipped USPS Express Mail International. It arrived 2 weeks after I bought the item so I was already curious as to why it took so long. It arrived this morning and the envelope says USPS Priority Mail International. Is this something worthy of a dispute if I can't negotiate a refund in shipping charge difference from the seller?
