I'm in Australia and I purchased an item late June 2024. Item still not received (20th September). tracking is showing it has been at Glendale Heights since 1st July. How do I find out about this item location? Can I contact the hub? Can I get a refund?
It looks like your item is delayed. Contact the carrier directly to ask about its location. If it's still stuck, open a case with eBay for a refund or help with the issue.
This is currently happening to me on item an item I purchased a month ago. Did you ever receive your parcel?
If it's past the Expected delivery date, open an item not received dispute. And don't close it until you have the $'s in your hand, and dont listen to any dodgy things the seller may say.
