I sold an item (local pick up only) 11 days ago, but received no payment or contact from buyer after 9 days so opened an "unpaid dispute". Payment was then made by paypal, but the buyer has still not collected the item, despite several email reminders.
At what stage can I assume that the buyer is not going to collect the item from me?
When can I re-list the item? Should I warn the buyer that I am going to do this?
