My customer is using Pack & Send to receive the item and it does not appear to have the 6digit code to conirm pick up?
Did your buyer pay you cash ?
It was a pick up only ?
Are you registered to sell and signed up for managed payments ?
Is the payment showing in your seller hub ?
Looking at the price of the item, your buyer could well be a scammer.
