My order hasn't arrived

Dear Sir, Madam,

I have ordered 216pcs Magnet Balls Magic Beads 3D Puzzle Ball Sphere Magnetic Kids Best Toy YX from seller <Removed>on Dec 02 and it still has not arrived. My tracking code is 2400572821049 and says it is on its way, but I doubt it takes more than a month to take the item overseas. I was hoping you could check if the item is beaing shiped or has been lost in the process.

If the item is being shipped to you in Croatia it is unlikely that anyone in Australia can help you.

I suggest you ask on your local boards where you may get more accurate information.
