Order stuck at Documents and Labelling

Hi guys I placed an order on 01/02/2017 to be shipped via the global shipping to Australia, it has been at Erlanger Kentucky for 11 days with the status Documentation and Labelling, I normally have that step done within a day and my item posted. Any ideas?

Sometimes points of scanning are over looked so it could be on it's way.

Or PB are considering it's eligibility for shipment with the program. They are known for being strict with restricted items.
