Paid postage but seller dropped item off in my letterbox!!

Hey everyone

Should I be annoyed.....? I paid $7 for postage (Standard 3kg rate...blah, blah, as stated in postage details on item). I got home today and my item is in my letterbox, in a flimsy little plastic bag with my address on it and no postage paid. Obviously the seller has hand delivered the item, which creeps me out, as I just want things POSTED by Aust Post.

I have sent seller an email requesting postage fees refunded. I am happy with the item, just not the manner in which the item was delivered.....

So, what to do......negative feedback? neutral feedback? report? suck it up?

You have a right to question the postage charge but the seller had no way of knowing that you lived close to them when they listed the ad.

Whilst I would prefer not to have items hand delivered it doesn't deserve a neg.

Positive feedback - Fast delivery, happy with item.
