Can someone please explain to me what QLD RURAL DEPOT 9994 is or where it is, I've lost an item and the tracking system hasn't been updated since 24/4/19. It was supposed to be here on the 20th, but for some reason it hasn't turned up and I don't know how else to track it because there isn't a number I can call.

If the item came from the USA with the GSP you will probably find that the RURAL DEPOT is the local FedEx depot in your area.

It should be delivered from ther by either FedEx themselves or another courier in the local area.
