Hi. What has happened to the invoice with a picture of the item and email address. I have a huge selection of small items and the picture even though it is small is a great help with making sure I have selected the right item when picking. Also the email address is needed for Australia Post to be able to scan the tracking immediately to customers and with their numbers being 24 digits long it is easy to make a mistake. Mary
Do you use AP labels?
We use AP labels printed ourselves, and PO just scan the bar code or QR code at the counter, and that does it!
You don't really need email address for posting as far as i am aware.
