I ordered an item. I only received one part despite being marked as delivered. Because its marked as delivered ebay won't help. Have just discovered that apparently the original courier delivered it to a third party courier company and marked it as delivered, but the company they delivered it to has never delivered it to me..... am I out of pocket the couple of hundred dollars...
