You need to cancel this yourself. You are not contacting eBay here; it’s a member-to-member forum. You’re also not contacting Smartycashback here.

You should have contact details on the agreement that you must have clicked. All terms and conditions (including how to cancel) would surely be there.

Posting “please cancel” in an online forum won’t do anything. But if you explain where and how you joined, perhaps the community can help. Do t give your personal details, but … do you have the link of where you joined?

If you honestly did not know that you joined, are'nt you concerned about how they got all your details? Have you reported it to your bank? Strange you would post on a member to member forum for eBay, expecting members to cancel to your account rather than actually REPORT this unauthorised activity and try to find out how they got all your information

They had an offer to attract new members some time ago - a $15 eBay voucher when joining. I think quite a few people joined because of that voucher, probably without reading the T&Cs (just as most people don't read the T&Cs when they join the eBay Plus trial).

At any rate, as already said, we cannot cancel for you. You have to do it yourself. If you don't know how to do it, contact them (not eBay of course, Smartycashback).

Posting here is not going to achieve anything. YOU signed up YOU need to cancel yourself. You WILL be charged every fee you owe until YOU cancel . And giving out your full name on a public forum (as the big fluro banner that came up when you posted) is not a good idea
