I have paid for a prepaid satchel but the tracking number is not recognised by eBay or AustPost

I paid and posted a prepaid satchel to Tasmania, but the tracking number on the pink slip is not recognised by Australia Post and I am unable to add it to the posted info for my buyer. I have resorted to sending the tracking number direct to the buyer and hope that it does arrive OK

Where did you buy the satchel? Directly from Australia Post?  Some time ago I remember that there was a warning that some satchels sold elsewhere might be fake?
