@ flattray You mean you have been charged the fee you agreed to when signing up to get the voucher. Anyone who has REALLY been scammed would be reporting it to their bank and canceling the card. You will keep being charged $19 every month, as agreed when signing up and giving them your banking information until you cancel the subscription

Only you can answer that. Other buyers and sellers do not know what you have ticked when joining/signing up. What does it say the charge is for? and if you indeed did not tick you agree to something, have you reported it?

No idea. I was almost going to sign up, but when they asked me for my credit card details I cancelled. Payment options should be available after signing up, not a condition for signing up, and they should also offer PayPal. So many people have reported this problem. You should really read the T&Cs again, and if there is nothing mentioning this charge then you should report it or go to your bank for a chargeback.
