@ flattray You mean you have been charged the fee you agreed to when signing up to get the voucher. Anyone who has REALLY been scammed would be reporting it to their bank and canceling the card. You will keep being charged $19 every month, as agreed when signing up and giving them your banking information until you cancel the subscription

They are scammers SmartyCashback.com Sherman Oaks Caus. They took $19.- from me too twice. How don't know how they did it. I didn't know them until now when I looked at my account detail.

They were able to do it because you didn't read the T&C's when you accepted the offer of cashback.

And they will keep taking $19 a month. as agreed to by the person who used your account to sign up to get the $15 voucher. You need to (since you say 'it was'nt you' not allow someone else to use your account without your knowledge. You need to cancel the subscription 'they' signed you up to, notify your bank and report your eBay account as a compromised account
