Seller lied about shipping time

I purchased 2 items on the 17th of July I need the items urgently and listing said will ship within one day of cleared payment and estimated delivery would be on or before 19/7/13 I know that's only an estimate but I expected it today as the seller listed item as shipped on the 17/7/13 and the item is located in Sydney where I live to. I contacted the seller to ask if I should expect delivery today and was told the item hasn't been shipped and the estimate was something eBay estimates and that the item is marked as shipped because they have put it aside for me she blamed eBay for saying it was shipped when it wasn't. I know that's not true I was told she doesn't know when it will be shipped it could be sometime next week. Is it against eBay regulations to say an item has been shipped if it hasn't? I paid $80 for postage only because I needed it quickly not sure what to do could I cancel the transaction? I have no idea when to expect it I don't want to sit around waiting all week for it as sellers says if I am not home I will have to pay postage again any advice would be appreciated
