The seller accepted my return and sent me a return label, however the seller is now overseas and the returned item is waiting to be picked up in a post office. The seller has yet to pick up the item from the post office and has yet to refund me. What should I do now? I cannot find an option to ask eBay to step in. It has been over a week the item is waiting to be picked up in the post office.
