You can add other addresses for postage in your account details to be used at checkout but the search parameters are based on the account registration.
I suggest messaging sellers of any items you are interested in, explaining you have an addy in Florida and asking them to add you to their buyer's exemptions which will then bypass blocks they may have set on their account.
