I have recently attempted to purchase some items from a seller in the USA, I have attempted to pay the seller who indicated that he would not post these to my Australian address. Ebay have now told me to pay or my account will be suspended. What do I do. I am more than happy to pay - the seller is the one, I believe who has renegged. Can you please advise.
