How can you please some people,live plants ordered on Monday, posted from North Coast country NSW on Tuesday and delivered to rural Victoria on Friday Morning at 11:30 AM and they are complaining about slow delivery, with a "Where is My Order" email suggesting that we are lying about the date of postage. Sent them the tracking details showing all dates and they are still unhappy, and all of this a couple of weeks before Christmas. Like I said how can you please some people?
