Hi there,
I bought an item which had a $3 postage charge on it. When it arrived at my post office, it had been charged an extra $4.20, plus a $1.50 dishonour payment.
I have contacted the seller, she swears black and blue this is the right charge as told to her at her post office. The size it was it would never have fitted through the letter hole, and thus should have been charged $7.20.
What can I do now? Do I just neg her? or is there other things to do to get my funds back.
Cheers and thanks Amber
