Hi everyone. I haven't sold on eBay for a while now and I am very confused about postage. I still have about 50 prepaid satchels (from 2011) and a box of registered labels, and also 20 prepaid express satchels to use. This morning I went to lodge in two items using registered labels on my prepaid satchels. I also had my registered forms pre-filled. The lady told me that registered labels don't exist anymore. She said that I could still use the registered labels but the recipient will not need to provide a signature (or something like that). The line was long and I didn't want to take up too much of her time to get clarification because I thought I would come here for help instead.Is someone able to explain any of this for me?
