When can I pick up my item?

I paid last week for my item. so I will pick up at store bcf.

but I didn't get any e mail from ebay. SoI can't contact to seller.

When can I get the item?

Was this a click and collect item or picking up from the seller’s home?

While you should have gotten an email, you do not have to have one to contact the seller, plus, communication needs to be done via eBay messages and not by emailing the seller
