The item we sold appears to have broken during shipping.
It was a fragile light fitting that I was reluctant to post it but the buyer requested it and she said she would pay postage.
She asked us to take it apart and pack it. She agreed to standard post.
It has arrived but has broken in half so the buyer has asked for a full refund of auction price plus postage. I definitely don't think that we should have to give her a full refund. What should I do?
