Received An Envirofields Aussie Rub today. It had leaked badly ,losing 90% of its content. Need to get a refund , but all labelling printing had been obliterated by the leaking contents. Need an address to inform supplier of the inadequate packaging.

I assume you bought it from a seller on eBay who did not package it correctly?
If so, you don't need to be able to read the label, go to your purchase history to find the purchased item and it's seller
