Hi Mate,
We are really sorry about that. This was listed by eBay and it is really out of our control as eBay's advertising system problem.
We have reported this problem to eBay, we hope eBay can correct this error asap.
My apologies again for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

Hi esa-ala

It has been known to happen before, that eBay bots insert things that they should'nt (such as 'free' freight/postage, or click and collect when it not available) usually the seller does not know this has been done

It has also happened before that sometimes when a buyer is using the app, it will show free postage when it is'nt

And some which are indeed free freight, but only to certain areas/states

Of course there are also some sellers who list things they don't have or don't remove/amend an item which has sold out and so they make up an excuse to avoid an out of stock (or similar) defect from eBay

So there are a few possible reasons , just not sure in this case what the 'real' reason is this happened

Are you saying the seller has told you why but you don't believe them?

Or just giving an example ?

You asked a question in the heading and then (what looks like an answer from when you asked the seller)

Could you clarify please?

Was it free freight to specific areas, or in general to all areas?

What is the item number?
