I ordered an item on Click & Collect to Woolworths Majura Park ACT, that has the lockers inside the store.
AusPost attempted to deliver my item to Woolworths, but they refused to accept it. I was able to collect it from the post office.
Had I not been following the AusPost tracking, I would have been unaware the delivery attempt had failed. I received no other notification that my item was available to collect from anywhere.
This was the 3rd time I used this service, and the previous 2 occasions had no issue. I use this service because Woolworths is open longer than the Post Office.
Why would Woolworths reject delivery of an item for the Click & Collect service that they offer???
