Buyers item went to another address by mistake, person who recieved the item was posting on to the right person
the buyer gave me a certain time to recieve her item but time run so she has asked for a refund (which I will happly give her )
but with out waiting for my reply she has put bad feed back.
I don't know how to remove that bad feed back from my feed back.
