I sold an auto-part (tow bar) in good faith.
I arranged and paid for courier to ship it interstate for the buyer. (Buyer is high maintenance).
It was properly packed. Buyer now says that the tongue part is missing.
The tongue was attached with four cable ties, and could not possibly fall off.
Buyer is clearly trying to scam me. I offered full refund when buyer arranges and pays for courier, and I receive it back in good condition with all fittings..
How do I alert eBay in order to have this resolved.
