help...i sent one lot of goods to the buyer with the postage...she then ordered more items and refuses to pay the balance of the second lot of items and i have contacted the buyer and she said she has paid for the postage...ah yes but only the first lot...i have offered to deduct the first postage off the second and she still refuses...i don't want to leave neg feedback i just want the money i have outlayed paid...anyone know what to do...help...
