Hi, for the life of me I cannot find where to submit complaints/feedback, so here it is!:
I bought an item on ebay (case number 5116478283). firstly i didnt receive the item. secondly I was asked by Ebay to wait an extra week while the Seller has a chance to resolve. After not hearing from the seller after 1 week I contacted Ebay and was told to contact Paypal. So i've now contacted Paypal and have been asked by them to wait 10 days wile they attempt to resolve. That is a total of 2 to 3 weeks waiting time! surely this can be reduced.
I am currently unsure if I should re-order the much needed item from a different vendor, wait for a refund, wait for the original item or if I will even get my money back
Not to mention the amount of correspondance and time I have had to spend resolving the issue.
