An item arived damaged and the buyer asked for a refund.....thats fine but she is in Australia which I did not know untill the address for a dispatch centre came up at the end of sale...
OK I posted it to the centre and they sent it on but buyer is now asking for a refund that she had to pay the centre to send it on to Australia
Am I right in refusing this
