a customer bought a lrg number of plants from us and is now saying he didnt recieve them. he is asking for a full refund or replacement. i would like to help him but i can not afford either the 300 dollars worth of plants or the 90 postage of which he paid only half of first time round. really unsure how to proceed with this....any ideas please?
