How do I alter an invoice after I have sent it. A buyer has requested insurance with tracking after I sent the invoice. I have only charged for normal postage.

on your my ebay page, next to the sold item is a drop down menu,  it'll say Mark as Payment Received

click on the Send Revised Invoice.

after you add the correct postage, DO NOT hit the recalculate button,  (that takes you back to original invoice), just click on Preview, and if it looks right on the next page, SEND.
