how do i check if a customer has updated there address in the past month?

hi there, im back again!! recently i went through a dispute with a non paying customer, again im going through the same deal! i dont understand whats with the non paying bidders lately?? now this.....

a customer contacted me in regards to an item she purchased a month ago yes a month ago only to tell me she hasnt recieved it yet. now i always track my items and found out it was delivered on the 31st of january . my problem is the address she gave me at the time isnt the same address that she has listed.  all i know is what suburb. now i always double check addresses before sending it. i have asked her if she had moved house in the month and no reply. my issue is why wait a month to tell me?? how can i find out her old address  if she has moved in that time. please help 🙂

If she paid by paypal that is the address it should have gone to that shows on the paypal payment received notice.

So check the payment notice for the address and if that is where it was posted then it is not your fault.

If it is past 45 days since they paid then there is nothing they can do other than a charge back if the payment was funded by a CC.

If they paid by bank dep then you would have posted to the address as seen on the sold notice and what shows in the sales record and if that was where it was posted then again you have not done anything wrong.
