I am in a bit of a muddle returning a faulty TV
I had approval to return it
I printed a parcel point label
I waited two days for a courier to collect it then went to post office and sent it express post with tracking and signature
The return sent box wont accept the post office information
I rang ebay and Narissa said not to worry she would update and overide vthe parcel point information with that of the post office case no 1-251894713550
Meanwhile my return item gas not been scanned as delivered as there is probably no person there to receive it. Can spmeone offer advice please
Meanwhile i have entered the parcel point tracking details so I can at least click the return box. What a muddle. Cheers John
