I also buy doll related items from America.  Whether the item is sent with tracking or not doesn't seem to make much difference in my experience. What I have found is the smaller the parcel is the quicker it arrives.  Large items can take 3-4 weeks - and annoyingly sometimes even longer.  Smaller packets - 2-3 weeks on average.

Quickest I've had is 4 days. Longest 5 months. The average would be 3-4 weeks these days in my experience.

It depends on the postage method used, it can take from 7 or 10 days up to 4 to 6 weeks.
