My item went missing in the post from USA to Aus... it had a tracking number, but it was listed as sitting in Perth for 1 month. I contacted the seller who confirmed this was an unusual time frame.I informed him I would chase up my end and he offered to resend the item. I emailed Australia post to find out what was going and during this time the despute resolution date expired. I emailed him the details for him to log a reimbursement from aust post but he now will not reply to my emails nor confirm if he has resent the item. Do I have any options to recover my money or item now
Aust post said that as the item never arrived, he must claim any compensation from his end as it still remained his property. now he has my money and will get compensated as well ![]()
