Hi, My buyer contacted you to say she had not received her item yet and you took the payment off me.
I contacted her and gave her the tracking number of the parcel.
She then wrote me that her post office had not received the item and they lodged a lost item case.
I contacted our post office, and they tracked the item as follows:
I posted on 10-12-'14
It arrived in L A. on the 12-12-'14.
it arrived at her local post office on the 17-12-'14 and they tried to deliver it 4 hours later. As no safe leaving place was found, the postman took the item back to the office and left a pick up card.
The item was consequently picked up on 18-12-'14.
She now claims not to have received it.
The tracking numberis: LK 907762426AU.
