I have checked that I have the correct weight for a 3kg ebay satchel but I cannot get the postage calculated so I can print the label. Admin suggested try another browser (am using chrome) so have tried firefox, internet explorer as well but I keep getting the same result. Their only other solution was to contact Australai Post. Was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they managed to solve it.
