What do other sellers think of the ebay dashboard and feedback where there is an opportunity for buyers to rate postage time?
I find it misleading as it should perhaps be dispatch time. I usually dispatch items with a working day or two and still achieve one or two low ratings for postage time, always from overseas buyers.
How can a seller have a postage time rating when the seller has no control over transit time or customs clearance.
