problems with tracking the global shipping service

eBay's tracking of their Global Shipping Service has some major problems from my experience receiving parcels in Australia from the US. It appears that once Fedex (eBay's international shipper) hands over the parcel to the local shipper in Australia (in this case Australia Post), the parcel comes up as 'Delivered' when it could still be several days away. I received an email saying I had received a parcel a week ago, when it still had not arrived and spent hours chasing up eBay, then Fedex and finally Australia Post to find than in fact the parcerl was still in transit interstate. Meanwhile, eBay's customer support was all but useless and I had troubled my very helpful and co-operative Seller with the only option afforded to me by eBay - a complaint procedure!

Lift your game eBay, otherwise you will turn of both Buyers and Sellers.
