seller give me wrong tracking number

Hi,

I purchased Black faux georgette saree with blouse (dpl1297) Item number:181229845013 and paid on 13-Oct-13 via PayPal. The seller provide me the tracking number via email, was 000112627893 which is completely wrong. I have contacted to my local sky net office, they told me this tracking number's item is already delivered at 13th November to different mailing address. They suggested me to immediate contact with the seller or ebay management. Please let me know urgently what should I do.
