shipped to incorrect address

So i signed up for reddit Secret Sanata, and i bought something of ebay to be shipped to my giftee.

I provided his shipping details as provided by redditgifts, in both the ebay purcahse order screen as well as the paypal transaction.

However the seller took my postage information of my ebay account( he would have had to look for this) and posted it to my home address.

Initaly he denied any wrong doing and said it he tracked it and it had been delivered(which it was to incorrect addressvia registered post), i made him check his shipping info as i could prove that i wrote down my giftees address and he refunded me the cost of shipping.

So now im stuck with this gift i don't want and it will cost me twice what i paid him(and got refunded) to ship to my secret santa.

What to do???
