smartsend couriers

i had an item to send to vic from qld, i used smartsend couriers, they used tnt as there carrier, item was picked up 90 mins later than expected, no comunication from either co until i started emailing them, within 2 days the item was in sydney, then was lost/misplaced for 5 days, found, delivered 2 days later, item was damaged as was packaging, smartsend and tnt both wont cover item cost, no insurance on item, 2-3 day delivery time, delivered 9 days after pickup ... first and last time user of smartsend and tnt, just curious to know ...

WHO"S the BEST COURIER for ebayers .....
