A buyer has purchased from me with a foreign address on their Ebay account. I cancelled transaction as I do not post overseas (my items have Australia only in listings), buyer then says they live in Australia and when paying their paypal address shows up as in Australia.
As a seller, where am I obliged to post to? What is the policy? And is it not up to people to have details in order and both Ebay and Paypal should have the same address?
