tracking?

Hi, I have sent a package back to the US.  Dispute was lodged and Paypal have asked for a tracking number of the package.

Even though I asked Australian Post for tracking (they even showed me the number on the receipt) it seems that it has been sent with no tracking.  Have I lost my refund because of this.

You need to fax the copy of the paperwork to paypal as it is not unusual for the parcel not to show on the tracking site.
