As said in subject. I ordered this item and it was paid through Paypal. It was ordered on February 18th. I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have checked with Paypal and it was supposedly sent by PBI and has a tracking number of UPAAA000000046478722. I don't know where to look and how to locate the parcel. Please help!
