Question: A camera I purchased from a US camera shop over a month ago via USPS, has been tracked to Germany (awaiting pickup), and not sent to the Australian address provided. Is delivery the primary responsibility of the seller / sender? I asked them for information a week ago, but they have not responded. What should I do? Thank you.
