hi everyone, i received my buyer one email just now, he told me he still didn't receive his item. in fact i posted the item to him with tracking number required signature, so i tracked the post office website,  the recorder showed that it was received at 13.05 13/6/13, that's to say, the parcel has been delivered to someone over two weeks, what shall i do next? i really am worrying it very much, please, thanks a lot.

Copy the record from Aust Post site and paste into a message to him and tell them you will go to AP on Monday to find out what is going on.

Let them know they might be asked to sign a stat dec that they have not got the item.

If they paid with paypal you are covered by paypal protection with signature required post.
