why did you close my case when I haven't received my product or refund?!

"This case has been closed. We received tracking information from the seller that shows the item was delivered to your address "

 

Why???????????????

You took my tracking number away from seller conversation, then you send me this.

why did you do this when I haven't receive the product or the refund?? 

you didn't even ask for my evidence! 

Did you even see the tracking record?? 

I gave the authority to leave the parcel to be delivered in 2 days from my submission of my redelivery request. 

Today (before you took away my tracking number!) I saw that courier suposely delivered the pacel on the same the I submited my request. 

I was at the address all they no one knocked.

There's no delivery slip to prove courier was here.

And the tracking record says that the product is back to the wearhouse on the date that was suporsed to be redelivered.

And now that I ask ebay to step in, you decline my request for refund and take away my tracking number!? 

 

HOW IS THIS CASE RESOLVED!?  

THE WEARHOUSE THAT THE GOOD WAS DELIVERED IS 40MIN ONE-AWAY FROM MY HOUSE! THAT'S NOT CONSIDERED "DELIVERED"! 

PLEASE REOPEN MY CASE!
